The slightest chill has hit New York and it has me sitting at my desk drinking tea and dreaming about fall. When it comes to dressing for fall I invariably find myself leaning towards more preppy pieces including lots of tweeds, bright wools and colorful plaids.
The above images are from Take Ivy a fashion book originally published in Japan in 1965 and featuring the preppy styling of Ivy League universities. Until recently the books were very hard to come by and were going for hundreds of dollars on ebay, however its being rereleased on August 31 at a very reasonable $13.47. (via A Continuous Lean)
